Occidental Nuevo Vallarta Hotel, Nuevo Vallarta

I had an overall good experience at the hotel, with beautiful beach access and great food options. The service, however, had some inconsistencies, and I had a frustrating issue with my room placement at first. The dining was enjoyable, especially at the Mexican restaurant, and the entertainment team was very engaging. While I loved the location and many aspects of the resort, some improvements could be made in guest service and room assignments.

However, we felt that the nightlife could use some improvement, as we were hoping for livelier music options at the bars.
